The INDEGO exoskeleton for gait rehabilitation and re-education

offers therapists the opportunity to provide highly individualised gait therapy tailored to spinal cord injury and stroke. The Indego Therapy Device system offers patients a varied gait rehabilitation based on the principles of motor function learning. Training therapists can adjust the level of support offered by the Indego device using the IOS app. The level of support can be adjusted separately for the hip and knee joints, allowing settings to be selected in a precise and individual manner. The software in the INDEGO device allows individual adjustment of the patient’s gait parameters, i.e. stride length, cadence, gait symmetry, as well as running reports on the therapy sessions carried out. The exoskeleton has the option to adjust the step parameters in real time to reproduce a natural gait and in accordance with the planned motor skills training programme.
